i still haven\'t received my ATM CARD, TIN NO, PIN NO, I ALREADY PUT THEIR REQUEST LIKE 3 TIMES. I DON\'T UNDERSTAND NOWDAYS IN THIS BUSY WORLD WHY WE NEED TO PERSONALLY GO TO BRANCH. WHY CAN\'T THEY TAKE SUCH REQUEST ON PHONES.
AND THEN INTERNET BANKING IS ONE MORE BIG HEADACHE. IF FORGET THE PASSWORD. U NEED TO GO TO BRANCH IF U DON\'T HAVE TIN. AND THEN THAT TEMPERORY PASSWORD COMES IN 10- 15 DAYS.

i JUST REQUEST PLS MAKE ALL THIS WORK ONLINE. IT WILL REDUCE CROWD IN BRANCHES.

Hey, I am sorry or whatever it is and for whatever I did.
I mean I am begging you guys.
I am ready to pay you money to give me peace in life.

After two months I finally get the card and then I get the PIN after applying again for it.
Now the Card is BLOCKED. I am sorry if I was rude, didn’t mean to.
Please forgive me and give me my card and money.(or take the money also and tell me.)

I promise I will never come back again to HDFC ever again, My first mistake.

(1)I DO support this complaint.(2) AND WHENEVER I NEED TO DEPOSITE CASH TO MY FRIEND OR RELATIVES A/C WHY DOES THE BANK CHARGE SOME AMOUNT FOR THE SAME (3) WHEN I ASKED MY A/C NO THEY WHERE NOT ABLE TO SEARCH ONE OF THE EXCUTIVE SAID GO TO THE ATM AND GET THE MINI STATEMENT WHY IS IT ? (5) I WANTED TO CHANGE MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS I HAD FILL THE FORM THRICE AFTER 3 MONTHS MY ADDRESS IS CHANGED BUT YET 09/09/2010 THEY HAVE'NT INFORMED ME (6) THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS PLEASE TEACH UR EMPLOYES TO TALK IN A SOFT MANNER TO THE COUSTMER THEY R VERY RUED

haa. now HDFC is asking me date of opening my account, which to me look sense less & not practical. i opened my account in ur shity bank 3 yrs back. n u expect me to remember that date also., however u guys can't send me my documents on time & don't even hav a courtesy to confirm that, is it been received by customer OR NOT.. BUT U EXPECT CUSTOMER TO KNOW EVERYTHING.. LOL....


Guys let me tell u a case i emailed these ppl sum time in nov 2009 regarding my bank account, n they replyed me after 5 months & then on top of that they r asking me DEAR, SIR wht was ur concern?? still same EVEN after 5 months they expect me to remember everything.... that y like i said..... THESE PPL WILL NEVER IMPROVE..
