Hi,

I booked one flat in Noida Extension in year 2013 through broker Parvesh Dutta s/o Satish Dutta which was owning the company Safe N Sure Realtors. He had cheated me Rs 810000. I filed a complaint against him in Noida Sec 19 for cheating (under IPC 420/406). As a result of this he went jail for 6 month but now he is on the bail. My money is still with him and I will take this money through legal procedure under the court of law. I will definitely punished him through court because he break my faith and harassed me mentally. Be ware from this man he can open new company and can cheat you in different way.

Dear All,

This is a false complaint. he is a fraud person he is blaimming coz he want to cover his fault.. b'coz of this guy i suffered from unavoidable circumstances. still i faith in God. if he has any evidence it shows i cheated him or he gave me payment for his flat. kindly upload so that my clients can see who is rite.
pls ignore such kind of fraud mails. always do transaction in white format with evidence & after reading every thing. its my advice. 7 my clients knows.
