Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received a spycam under gift scheme of speak asia online Pvt. Ltd. The packet containing the product had following -
(a) Spy Cam - 01
(b) mini CD - 01
(c) USB cable -01
(d) User Manual - 01
The push button for start/stop of the cam is completely free and loose, hence the spycam cannot be operated.
The USB drive of the cam when connected to the PC showed three files saved ( files are dated 2009 )
On viewing the files, some video and audio is seen on PC that proves that the spy cam delivered was already used.
The CD is stcratched and when put in PC is not readable by the system.
The details of the delivery by courier are : Express IT AWB no. E2********, Date of dispatch - 28 Feb 2011.
Kindly guide me to get the product replaced.
