HSBC India - CREDIT CARD CHAGE SLIP AND MISS USE OF MY CARD

MY CARD WAS STOLEN AND I HAVE GIVEN THE COMPLAINT ABT THE SAME TO THEM.

IN THE MEEN TIME THE CARD WAS MISSUED BY SOME PERSON.

HENCE WE REQUESTED FOR SENDING THE CHARGES SLIP TO THEM
BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE FAILED TO SEND THE CHARGE SLIP TO ME
AND THEY ARE DEBITING ME THE INTEREST ON THAT AMOUNT.

I HAVE SEND THE COMPLAINT TO THERE NODAL OFFICE BUT TILL DATE
THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION ABOUT THE SAME NOR THEY HAVE SEND ME THE CHARGE SLIP FOR WHICH I HAVE REQUIRED

SO PLS HELP ME TO SLOVE THIS PROBLEM
