last night i have traveled from yerraguntla(kadapa dt) to Renigunta jn(chittoor dt) in TRAIN +KCG MS EXP and the train no. is 17652. i have taken general ticket, as it was night i requested the to provide a vacant berth to sleep. i accepted to pay the due amount of Rs.300/- which is prescribed by the TC. But he didn't give back the excess fair receipt as it should invariably be issued. i questioned him to provide excess fair ticket, he has taken the support of his colleague and started saying "that you didn't give lakhs to provide a receipt. meanwhile he abused me and told me that, "we don't provide Excess fair ticket and kept the money in his pocket.

Indian Railway is one of the largest and busiest railways network in the world having a capacity of transporting seventeen million passengers everyday. if even one percent of passengers face this situation, it causes a big loss to the government exchequer. As this loss can dampen the growth of Railways and is harmful to the nation.

All this is being faced by many other passengers day-in and day-out. Would senior officials notice this and take actions against such corrupt employees? I would plead some top officials to take serious actions against the TC of train no. 17652. i can't remember his name but he is 5'6'' height, white chap, wearing spectacles and his colleague is thin, fair and slightly bold headed waring a wrist bag with full of bribe.

they seems like bribe collectors not ticket collectors. kindly take action for the well being of nation exchequer.
