I had purchased blackberry flip mobile combo with a bluetooth headset on the 17 th of march'2012. I recieved the blackberry mobile on the 18 th of march minus the bluetooth headset. I have made several complaints till date but have failed to receive any bluetooth headset from them.( I also have a recorded conversation in which the customer executive is promising me to send the headset but it has been weeks and they have not even responded to my mails)
