I went to Big Bazaar (DIAMOND PLAZA MALL, 68 JESSORE ROAD, KOLKTA- 700055) on 30/11/2017 to buy some groceries and I m very disappointed by THEIR service, its pathetic.
I requested for home delivery and the next day after the the delivery of my products, I noticed that the packet of 1kg QUAKER OATS was not sealed properly. I called the customer care and they logged a complaint and promised that the product would get replaced. My complaint number is BB31********1 logged on 01/12/2017 at 19:10.
On 02/12/2017, I received a call back from a lady who does not have any customer service skills, she was rude, impolite and very aggressive. She does not know how to talk to customers. She told me that I have to visit the big bazaar store within 3 days to get it replaced, when I said that why cant get it delivered, she said its not possible because I am not the only customer of Big Bazaar. How can she say this, is this the training that she got.
Firstly, it was their responsibility to deliver the things properly which they didn't do and now they want me to take all the hassle. I have been a very loyal customer of Biz Bazaar but this experience was HORRIBLE.
