I have transferred Rs.550.00 through NEFT to AquariusIndia account#: 359102000002738 against the order for "SEACHEM Ammonia Alert" on 21st of May,2012. Transaction Reference#:0007524876
So far I have not received the item.I tried contacting the owner, Mr.Gautam Jaiswal through email/phone/SMS , but he does not bother to respond at all.
I would seek your help in getting the item what I have ordered or else to get back my money from
Also, I would seek your advise in raising this issue to the Cyber Crime Police Cell in Bangalore (,, so that this fraudster will not continue with his fraudulent dealings any further.

If customer have had read the FAQ and Terms and Condition properly, he would have not written such thing. Anyways, as even we have replied to the customers mail as well that we were out of station hence could not able to respond on time.

His order has been already processed by us it will get dispatch on Saturday!
