I purchased new apple iphone 7 plus black 32 GB in Jan 17 after some time my device started hanging and heating hence I called customer care & they took my device on VNC and download necessary software in it but the very same day post completion of this process my device became unusable as it's screen was blank and I were unable to force restart it because down volume key was not working so I submitted my device at authorized service centre of applenamed B2X in Agra on dated 11/08/2017 they took my device & created job sheet. On 25/08/2017 I called them to ask about my device then they told me that my device is got rejected by Bangalore officedue to some tempering issue, then I asked them what kind of tempering done in it let me know then they told that they don't know because reason not been shared with any one and also told me that your device can not be repaire / replace plz collect it from here and pay Rs 2500/- for courier charges occurred during its process. My device is under warranty and they are saying that this device cannot be repair under warranty.
