A convenient option for travelers --- I have used a Matrix sim card and feel it is a good option to use when travelling abroad. The last trip that I used it for was for Singapore. My overall trip went really smooth with it just that I had a minor issue when I landed initially. I have to say that had it not been their customer services people who immediately responded to my email with a fix, I would have been in a thick soup. Their quick revert was appreciated.
