Order no 159584(complain no 42147)
I ordered a mobile phone on 29-1-2010 on process of cash on delivery
I received a parcel on 4-2-2010 from first flight courier services awb noLB0753720.i paid full amount to courier person before opening the parcel. When i opened the parcel there is no mobile in that box .i found charger, carcharger and pouch in it. then i called customer care they given me address to send the parcel back .i sent the parcel on 8-2-2010 through first flight courier services (c/no A********).but the people over there refused to take that parcel. i informed to customer care about this issue but they are not responded and i also given you full details of this issue trough mail .but no one is responded then the courier person gave me same parcel back.
I had given a complaint on 04-02-2010 till Today I called more than 40 times to customer care every time custmercare people say only one thing your product will reach to you in 7 or 10 days. 100 days are completed I did not have any type of information FROM YOU. I had spent more than 1000 rupees for phone calls, courier charges and internet charges
