Sir , I am Dr.Rakesh Dubey my A/C No is 1********0002101 in P.N.B , Eck Branch, i deposited cheque NO.931825 (S.B.I branch Gwalior) in P.N.B branch on 20/08/2010 for the clearance and deposited the amount . Sir when i asked about the cheque they said that it will take around 15 days to clear because it is of outstation cheque so i understand the thing but when 18 days passed , i again asked them they gave me one or the other excuse but when i enquired from gwalior P.N.B bank i came to know that the cheque have not reached there till today i.e 13/9/2010 when i asked they said that they forgot to send it and after that they managed one slip of speed post number ER********3IN dated 8/9/010 and they said that they have sent the cheque on 8/9/2010 but when i checked the number of that speed post slip on internet indian postal site i came to know that their was no postage of that slip till 13/9/2010 again they are lying ,
Q1. I want to ask why they have not sent my cheque on time ?
Q2. Who is responsible for this delay ?
Q3. What will be the punishment for them ?
Q4. Why they are lying every time because this is a matter related to money and a serious matter please take action against all of them ?

I am amrik singh from village nahoni distt ambala haryana.the staff of PNB branch saha ambala very mis behave @ very hrash to me they r not open my acount dilay my file they r not coprat to custmors & very iritate to me & mis bihave madem r ask to me get out from the bank & come to next day but next day r same word use. she is not responsble for bank works she is not isu my bank A/C pasbook. am continusly come to bank
