THE COMPLETE STAFF OF PNB DD ROAD (KAMLATOWER)KANPUR U.P. IS NOT WELL&THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM ARE GIVEN BELOW.
1.THEY NEVER STARTED BANKING ON 10AM BECAUSE THEY NEVER COME AT RIGHT TIME.
2.THEY REFUSES TO ENTERTAIN OTHER BRANCH TRANSACTIONS(AS CASH DEPOSIT,TRANSFER OF MONEY ETC. )IN THE CURRENT AGE OF CBS BANKING
3.THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE PAYMENT OF RS.10&20 BUNDLES .
4.THEY ALWAYS BEHAVE IN IRRITATING MANNERS WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
5 NETWORK PROBLEM IS THE BEST EXCUSE FOR THEM OCCASSIONLY 4TO 5 DAYS IN A WEEK.
6.1.45PM IS THE RIGHT TIME TO GO ON LUNCH FOR THE STAFF OF THE BRANCH(INCLUDING MANAGER.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER & CHECK ALL THESES ALLIGATIONS AGAINST THE STAFFOF THE BRANCH.& TAKE PROPER ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION AGAINST THE IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF IN THE GREAT INTEREST OF THE CUSTOMER.
