courier service - Your courier service is very poor

Relative party has sent the parcel on 01.11.2013 which is most urgent,but still after 12 days we havnt received the same,.
Parcel has reached the Baddi branch on 7 November 2013 which is only 12 K.M.from Desired location,but no one cares for any type of Inconvenience.
So please look into the matter otherwise we will refuse to accept any courier from First Flight courier.
