I have bought videocon mobile handset model no V45GD at 11/12/2016 its EMI No ********1112064 / 72 . I have submitted my handset in service center Jabalpur MP at date 23/10/2017 and 01/12/2017 . Tll today I am unable to get my handset from the service center because it is forwarded to the company.
I am feeling a lot of trouble due to absence of handset for three months.

Complainant's Goal: company should repair my handset soon or replace it
