I purchase hcl tab y1 model no.A12MYS001446.recently its battery geting down low alltime.my set also in warrenty.i deposite my set in your authorised service centre hcl info systems ltd. shop no b24/25 tez kumar plaza lko.phone no.05224104049.on dated17/09/13.but there is no response from your service centre last 3 months.i did not suggest any friend to purchase hcl product.regarding your service.i am very upset.please solve my problem.my work order no.********15dt-17/09/13.
