I PURCHASED ONE 3G TAB MODEL HCL CONNECT 3G 2.0 ONLINE FROM HCL ESTORES ON FULL PAYMENT OF RS.12000/- THE RECEIVED BY ME IS DEFECTIVE CODONT GET 3G SIGNALS. I DEPOSITED THE TAB ON ADVISE OF COMPANY AS PER COMPLAINT I.D. ********45 AND SERVICE CENTRE FOUND IT DEFECTIVE AND SENT TO COMPANY AND TOLD ME WILL BE REPLACED IN WEEKS TIME . TILL TODAY I NEITHER RECEIVE TAB REPLACEMENT OR MY MONEY BACK. I REAPEATEDLY CONTACTED 12 TIME ON PHONE AND 7 TIMES BY EMAIL BUT THERE IS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEM TILL TODAY !! MY 3G PACKAGE IS LOOSING MONTHLY 700/- AS I NOT RECIVED THE TAB OR MONEY.

PLEASE SEE THAT MY MONEY IS REFUNDED OR TAB BE RELACRED URGENTLY.

I AM FED UP FOR THIS AS BRAND NEW TABLET PURCHASED FROM COMPANY E STORES IS DEFECTIVE.
