I got the quote for Delhi to Bangalore in the month of April from 2-3 different vendors. I choose to go with United express as they seemed professional (from their website, catalogue etc) and moreso since they agree to take 20% upfront and rest on delivery. Little did i knew what mess i\'m getting myself into.

At first, I kept confirming with them before 2 weeks, 1 week regarding the movement date being 22nd June and hence got my flight tickets booked for 23rd June. Now on the date,or a day before, i didnt got any call from them regarding my location or other details. So from 9AM till 11, i kept calling them, no cell phone was accessible and was getting no reply on the landline no. At that time i realized that out of so many numbers provided in their catalog, bout 50% are not valid and rest of them are either switched off or not accessible.

I was equally worried and frustrated with the lack of response. But since my tickets were booked for the next day, i immediately start calling for other movers hoping someone comes to rescue at the 11th hour.
Thankfully for me, the leaders of market- Agarwal packers agreed to turn up and they actually did 3 hours after my conversation at 11.30. The packing was done by evening and i got my stuff safely at Bangalore in 6 days.

Today i just called up United express executive- Ashish Agarwal (********22) who gave me the quote earlier and inquired about why there wasn\'t any response to my calls earlier when we agreed for movement date as 22nd June. To my shock, the reply was there was some wedding at their Chairman\' house. Little could i do apart from questioning their mode of operation and inethical operations and obviously there wasnt any remorse from his side as well, rather he questioned me- \' What do you want now?\". Also, the company name has been changed from United to something like \'Relocation packers\' ( dont know the exact name)

This is really sick, i request some Govt agency to ban their license right away, rather get them take a different line of business, \'cos they really aren\'t professional, capable to perform this responsible, committed task of packing & moving.

Please be warned of such fake small time companies in this line.
