DOB:20-12-1980. SUB: AUTOMATIC BALANCE REDUCTION WHILE ON ROAMING.
ADDRESS:PLOT NO 34 BALAJI COLONY RKPURAM,SECUNDERABAD.
THIS EMAIL WAS SENT ON 19-07-2012.
" today when i checked my bal on 18-07-2012, the bal was reflected rs.382.09 at4=57 pm in the evening.today at8=59 am when i checked my bal that was only reduced to rs=00.07 on 19-07-2012..from 18-07 to 19-07 tilltoday morning 8-59 am i heardly received/sent calls of total duration of not more than 6 minutes.----as i was on roaming,on oridsa state.
I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY BAL REDUCED TO SUCH AN ABNORMAL STATE. THIS NOT FIRST TIME HAPPENED TO MY CASE . PREVIOUSLY I SUFFERED A LOT AND U PEOPLE MADE ME SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE TO ME SO THAT I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE/SEND ANY CALLS TO MY FAMILY MEMEMBERS. I THINK U PEOPLE TARGETED ME----IN THIS ISSUE. U SHOULD UPDATE MY BAL IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY DELAY.
PL TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO ADJUST MY BAL IMMEDIATELY AND SEND ME SMS REGARDING MY BAL UPDATE."

TILL TODATE 8 EMAILS SENT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE INCLUDING PRESIDENT, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE.

I HAVE ASKED THEM TO PROVIDE ME DETAILS OF DEDUCTION-----THEY REPLIED ME -VE WAY IE THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE
CALL DETAILS FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS RELIANCE PREPAID CDMA SERVICES TOOK RS.382.00 FROM MY BALANCE AMOUNT.THEY DONT HAVE PROPER MECHANISM TO SOLVE CUSTOMERS GRIVENCES. ALREADY 25 DAYS PASSED NO PROPER SOLUTION FOUND---THEIR REPLY TO MY ISSUES ARE BOGUS-----I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY AND DISAPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE VERY MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE.THEY DONT UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM. I AM AN OLD PERSION 663 YEARS OF AGE.I WAS UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE
WHILE I WAS AWAY FROM MY NATIVE PLACE---AND UNABLE TO CONTACT MY FAMILY MEMBERS EXCEPT GOING TO STD BOOTH TO CONTACT MY FAMILY MEMBERS.
I THERFORE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ADEQUATE ACTION TO MY ABOVE MENTIONED PROBLEMS AND UPDATE MY MOBILE BALANCE STATUS IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU SIR.
