BSNL Limited - UN WANTED SMS IN BSNL MOBILE SERVICE

I am getting regular SMSs from BT-12555 regarding Songs. I periodically requesting Customer service on their No. ********65, to block the SMSs from the above Number. But no action seems to have been taken. Yesterday, when I have requested the BSNL Call center Officials regarding this, I was directed to contact the other No. 1909. Kindly advice me, to whom I have to make the complaint to get rid of this.

I receive SMS from BT-59595 reads " Hai, I am Mona, will you play love games with me. To play just send BLUV to 59595. Start playing now".
Another SMS BT-55888 reads "ABHI AAP KA NUMBER MILA 5 GIRLS AAP K SATH CHATTING karna chathti hain SEND DOSTG TO 55888 SEND SLOV TO 55888 FOR VALENTINES DAY LOVE SMS. What is all about.

I support this complaint. I am having two BSNL prepaid sim Nos.********88 and ********75. I am receiving message for ring tone and even I have not opted for ring tone automatically ring tone will select and Rs.30/- will deduct from my currency. Hence kindly see that such message should not be forwarded to the above monile sims.

God alone can rescue. I changed the SIM and getting limited SMSs. BSNL is giving free SIM Cards. So have some Sim Cards handy for replacement. Hi. Hi. Hi

sir, i am getting messages from bt-54000 and bt-52906 and bt-55888.i am receiving 10 messages per day. due to this messages i am ignoring important messages. to stop this i am trying sending UNSUB to these numbers,but the reply is like this"your not subscribed to any".
please tell me a way to stop this messages.

Daily i got lot sms from Bsnl and also call from Bsnl . Definitely i dislike this features so stop this sms and calling otherwise i change my network
