Hi This is kaarthik, I bought a TVS STREAK, i gave second service at Goodwill service(Anna Nagar) showroom,while i get back delivery,they lost my vehicle papers(R.C,INSURANCE) during service.when i check it and asking regarding my papers,they simply said we missed it.we cannot provide you any solutions regarding this.how irrresponisible service.

You to keep the vehicle documents in safe custody and should not be careless. It is your fault to place the documents in the vehicle and give it to service. The service center is also responsible for safe keeping & return the document if found.
