Am facing some problem with Apache rtr 180 fuel injection 2008 model . Am not getting the petrol supplying coack .very very poor service my contact no ********46

My name is Prashant Kadam. I Have bought Apache RTR 160 on Sep 29/2010.
I have done 9 services on Century TVS(Bibwewadi Branch) but i said many complaints regarding my bike but
they did not take care of my problem.Especially in 3rd service they did not change my oil also and did not check the oil level also and they delivered the bike to me. Now iam getting Engine Abnormal sound from the 3rd service.. First thing is that about my bike its clutc cable is also broken with
in 6 month after purchasing...
Now my bike around 20000 kms only now iam getting abnormal sound from the engine. Faltu TVS Company........................

my name is ramandeep singh and i own a apache rtr 180 in sept.2010 nd facing many problems till now. betwwen these months i often visited the workshop but didnot find any solutons of my problem.i also want to say that ur sales man don't have any manners how to speak with a customer they talk to me very rudely. i visited the workshop about 10 or 12 times in last four months but i stll have the same problem. i also called off by the engineer but he also don't tell me any solutions....when i bought the bike that time the petrol tank is also gets corrosoned . i'm not satisfied with ur bike i.e. tvs apache rtr 180. the problems are described below.....

1. gear shifting problems
2. kick jam problem
3. switched off on the rooad without any reason nd after that don't gets started up i.e. kick or self completely fails down
4. fuel meter automatically rises or decreases
5. engine noise problem
6. very high vibration
7. rear disc slips very much
8. engine heated up .
9. starting problem also
10. jerking problem
11. don't run on the road smooth after fifth gear

response to this request fastly otherwise i'll go to consumer court and i don't want any replacement i want my money back...........

Also i would like to share about the very poor service from SAKTHI TVS MOTORS at karaikal, PONDICHERRY U.T.

Main complaint am facing is that, On running my bike used to get swithed off without any cause. iam forced to change many spare parts on behalf of this, but still am very sad to tell and forced to send this complaint e-mail. pleas tak neccessary action for this. even am sorry to tell u tat i had lost my all impression about TVS products due to poor response and feedback from your side. Very bad service. for furthur details 0********27.

i request you all not to go for a choice of Apache rtr fi hereafter. please.!!

I have bought TVS Sooty Pep+ before 5 month but after 1 month engine oil leak so i use my 1st servicing he kept leakage but 5 days go leak so i show him he change a new ribbon and problem so i finish 2nd servicing but till now he change 2 ribbon but problem so what can i do. plz replay me.

Even i have some problems with my Apache 160 RTR.

1. Starting problem
2. Kicker jam problem
3. Gear shifting problem from 3rd to 2nd
4. front disc pads replaced

I suggest the people don't go for Apache bikes, Apache looks superb from inner side so many problems.

I pucharse TVS Apache RTR FI in Mar 2009 I have lot of problem in 1 year
Every time i will give Free service in koinoor motors but he will not do in better Service just 10 days back i will give service but my problem not solve. my problems is

1.Tapernut noice in Engniee

2.Speedo meter automaticaly raice

3. Starting promlem

4. Electrical problem

5.Rear disc and disc pads replaced twice and now again damaged and has to be replaced

6)No pickup-Bike choking very often

7)Gearbox shifting problem

8)Engnieegets heated up

So what you will do in your Side You or Replacement my Bike. You will not solve my promlem I WILL GO CONSUMER COURT, So You Will Call my mobile no my no is ********6625

this is to bring into your kind notice that i have given my motor cycle no.
DL4S BL 3097 TVS star city for servicing. as your mechanic has advised me to get the shocker replaced since it not functioning properly and also oil was leaking so brakes were not functioning properly.on 10th of feb 2010 i went to to your dealers s k traders mayapuri(workshop) to get it repaired and seviced. i was disappointed when i reached ther to know that the faults were remain same as it it was in the morning. i went to the manager also but couldn"t get any satisfactory reply from him. the bike is still there for another day. this is also i want bring into your notice that i have never get it serviced from outside except from your aouthorised dealers. i request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needfull.
