Hitachi Home and Life Solutions - The product which i have purchased, not satisfactory

I have purchased a new HITACHI Air conditioner from Balaji Electronics, Janak Puri on 31st March-2010.
Today, 21 days passed, no one has reached at our address for product DEMO, as without it, it is not possible to operate ourselves.
Several complaints has been made to distributor, in this regard, but no action till today.
Two times, luckily, i got the number 1********85 , i was told once, that for DEMO, person will be on the spot in the evening on 05th April-2010, second time, intentionaly, I was on hold for 15-20 minutes by the concern lady named like zenith.
I am very much suffering, after spending
heavy amount, as there is no use.
