Dear Officers,
Today, I went for tatkal booking at Vartak Nagar reservation counter,Thane. I went at 6.30 AM and I was the 12th person in the line. Many people(may be agents) are staying/sleeping at the counters. One or two persons are standing in the line and the remaining people woke up and joining in front of the line. Nobody asking them, when we asked them they are shouting at us.
Many people are coming late and they are giving commition to the agents. They booking the tickets onbahalf of them. One person is giving more than one form. It might be happen that Railway employees also supporting to them. At 7.45 AM, my position in line is 21. Finally, I didn't get the ticket. Every time the same is happening.
Please avoid such situations at reservation counters and kindly take the action.

Exactly this is what happening in Puri Station, Odisha.
Even You go at 3AM you will find many persons sleeping in the counter, and other members of their also will come and join and push you back.
