NOKIA CARE - taking too much time to return phone after repairing/ Services

Dear Sir,

I have purchase New Mobile Phone Nokia Lumia 720 IMEI No.: 35********40852
on 22-December-2013, From Rajdhani communication(Nokia Priority).
Then i find certain problem regarding Microphone of this handset.
then on 23-Jan-2014 I have submitted my phone to Nokia care Raipur,
they were given me time of 12 days to return to me.

But after 12 days they again given me time on 4 days, than again after 4 Days they given me time of 3 days, than after 3 days means on 10-02-2014 they again given me time of 7 days to return my phone. they are asking for more time again and again with out any confirm time to deliver handset.

They were asking more and more time to return my phone, I don't think they will return my phone after 7 days also, Representative of Customer Care of Nokia Mr. Rajeev Chaudhary is not taking any responsibilities to return my phone. Not giving any proper date to return my phone, just giving excuses and asking again and again for more time to deliver to me.
Please take proper action against Nokia to solve my problem.
