Hi

Im Ramees(+********3886) from Bangalore doing Interior Designing. I had purchased a Sony Ericsson Zylo(W20) a month back and now its earphone has stopped functioning and when i went Sony Ericsson Service Centre, Jayanagar 4th Block, regarding this complaint, they told it will take 10 days to rectify the problem, infact a poor service. I request you take some action regarding this.
