hi im raj from bangalore i am not happy with your service from you or from your authorised service centres,

i purchased new handset model number j20 i for Rs 12500/-, on 3rd aug 2010 after using it for 15 days faced a problem that was unnable view the display,
when i visit the service centre at koramangla bangalore theysed that the flex or display strip got damaged and it is not coverd under warrenty they sed it will cost 1400/-hundrd i agreed to pay they commited that they wud delever the phone is 15days but whn ever i cal them they never responed kindly.so i toook back the phone to the service centre on richmond road but there the people say that theyc annot accept the phone bcoz it has been not more then 30da y s of submittin g the phone in previous service centre now you tel me wht do i hve to do
kindly sumone get back to me,i have not even used the phone for more 15days sony ericcson
