I bought Samsung plasma Television – PDP; Model: PS43D490; S/N: MPYX3PCB700228Y on 02-Oct -2011 & My complain Call Ref. : ********92 Dt 07-03-2014... I had problem with my Samsung 43D490 PDP TV... after 02yrs. later TV panel was not working & suddenly black-out...and I called customer service center and they given Estimation to whopping of Rs. 13200/- (chnge to 12824/-) for completely changing the Plasma Display panel... I written to all customer Care, CEO desk and talk care centres and no concrete action or Economical solutions given.. the total Purchase cost-TV was Rs 45000/- and panel cost is Rs. 13200/- ...The brand like samsung needs to change the panel after every 2nd year the customer needs to think about other competitive brands instead not fall in boasting of Quality bluff...uff....NEVER EVER TRUST SAMSUNG Replace panel free of cost .. or Give me in writing after Warranty period Samsung product is not working well....& customer has to serve their productions by fulfilling repairing Cost . .... but my problem is that Part has been not working after 02yrs of working ... The same problem I found with Mr. Dinesh Pardeshi (+91 ********48) having same samsung PDP TV & faced same problem with huge replacement bills after 1.5yrs.... which shows Samsung have very Poor Quality standards of Component using and later on huge charging for repairs...

Several times written to their Customer Care Ids but not getting any Customer soothing & pro-active caring attitude to lessen the Burden of repairing for poor Quality of Component fixed in TV OR poor Quality Checks for PDP TVs..... left only Cutomer huge Sufferings....
