Thanks for your reply which is not convincing. Incase of PNR no 4546127633 booked for Sri Ramanathan and Smt. Punitha under Tatkal from Chennai Egmore to Salem by 3 AC there was no necessity for me to file a TDR for Sri. Ramanathan since tkt was not confirmed at the time of travel. Etickets unconfirmed will get cancelled automatically and will be refunded which did not take place and hence a TDR was filed by me. In the second case with PNR Number:* ********81 - *Ticket Type:* eticket - *Transaction ID:* 0342150682 *Booked On:* 17-5-2011 it is more than90 days and the refund has not been made. The reply that you gave me has been one of formality and not by going through records. Please expedite the matter.

As I am using IRCTC from past 2 years i haved booked a ticked for my relation but the train arrived 15 hours delay due to the delay of train my relation could not catch the train i have filed TDR but now it have changed into CR Repudiate i called and asked IRCTC customer care they said to mail so please check it PNR NO ********39 date of journey is 07-Feb-2017 please check it
