Governemnt Employee - poor services by rliance communication shimla

              I have taken duplicate sim (0********02) from the reliance shop, The Mall shimla on 15.07.2010 and submitted all the documents to the same dealer , on 17.7.2010 but my sim has not been activated by the reliance communication service providers till 21.7.2010. I have also requested the customer care to activate my sim but no action has been taken by them . They have not even bother to listen the compliant . In the absence of services i have been facing harrashment and mental agony.
 Relief: My sim be activated and action be taken against the defaulter employees/ officer.
