Governemnt Employee - non functioning of debit card for rail ticket booking from 2.10.10

For the last four days, while booking train ticket through net by using Canara Bank debit cards, the following information displayed in the screen.
Error 500--Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
