i have submitted my PF withdrawl forms to my previous employer office and after approx 6 months i came to know that they have misplaced it. however after the depostion of all documents i have confirmed after approx 1.5 months then they assured me that your doc's are laying at our head office and soon will be send to PF office. but now they have cleanly refused that theyare not in receipt of any doc's.

Complainant's Goal: to get my PF office along with penalistion to employer for delay
