bajaj allianz gen ins co - Not settling my claim only giving me 10 % of my claim amount.

I have purchased a policy of Bajaj Allianze from Axis Bank for General
Insurance (House Insurance).There was robbery in my house an year ago in
month of Aug-12.My mother got severely injured in that incident.

Immediately I did register case for claim with with Baja Allianze for
more than Rs 1 lakh and 50 thousand

After one year I got reply from Bajaj that policy is on my name but
Property is not on my name its on the name of my mother and wife (both are
housewife not an earning member of family) so your policy is not valid
whatever gold ornament lost by mom is not payable so they passed just 5%
of my total claim amount i.e they have passed only 10k .I have denied to
accept it and I have request them to settel my full amount.I am paying full
premium for 5 year,they have not checked anything since last 5 year now
they are not giving my full dues.Humbly request you to please look into
the matter and help me to get justice.

I have escalated this matter to you because I am priority and loyal customer
of Axis Bank I am having relationship with axis almost for over a decade
now.I purchased this policy because of axis through axis only,Such kind of
behavior and Attitude from Bajaj is ruining the image of axis.Being Priority
customer of Axis we get premium services of axis bank but we are getting
worst treatment from Bajaj.

i did wrote to Axis Bank Customer care also but there was no response from
them.
