SOUTHERN RAILWAYS - Poor maintenance and uncleanliess of 2nd AC coaches

There are cockroaches on every 2nd AC coach I have travelled on in the past 5 years. I have also seen a mouse in the coach twice. This is in 2nd AC.

The maintenance and cleaning of the coaches by Southern railways is dismal. I don't see any agressive cleaning or pest control measures being taken up by the Railways. This is a shame to our country considering that we have such a great railway network.
