Dear Sir,

I had worked with Satyam Computers Service LTD., and resigned my Job in June and submitted my PF Withdrawal form by 22nd Sep 2009 through register post recevied the acknowledgement receipt by Oct\'2009. Yet I didn\'t received the amount. Please let me know the status of my PF Account.

I received my PF ammount.Please inquire at Bakartulla PF office abt ur PF status.

Respected sir / madam ,

I am N.Kuppuraj, My Reg no AP/42181/164. My Application in Form 19 dt.29.4.09 with enclosures already submitted. Fresh application once again submitted with correct details on 10.10.2009. I am to inform that I have been relieved of my project assignment from 14.2.09 at Dr.Reddy's foundation. There fore I had submitted my application for payment of my Provident Fund Amount in full for which I had already submitted the application Date on 10.10.2009 but I had not received any replay or payment till date.

I humbly request you to take all possible steps to get the Provident fund amount and pensioner benefits settled in one lump sum immdediately,so that it will be of great help to go through the hard time.

I also resigned from Satyam in dec-08,and applied for PF withdrawl in 0ct-09 but till now it is not done from pf office bakartulla office.They said they got the forms and all.I suport this.
