INDIAN RAILWAYS - Not satisfied with the service

I was travelling with my family members on 28th September 2011 from Thrissur to Chennai in Trivandrum - Chennai mail in III Tier AC Sleeper compartment. When we boarded the train much we noticed the following

1. No attenders were visible till we reached chennai
2. No screens available
3. Only wollen blankets were kept in the seat and not the bedspreads

Destination : Chennai
Coach No. and Seat No. B4 [seat numbers 17,18,19]

It is a total difficiency of service from the railways. In spite of collecting money, railways dont bother to provide the minimal service.

The main objective of travelling in AC compartment is for privacy, safety and comfort. During this journey all these three factors were defeated. SInce there were no screens, no privacy and safety. My family members were literally shivering in the cold due to inadequate material which Railways bound to give during the travel in AC compartments.
