We are trying to book our cooking gas with chander nagar gas service, surya nagar, Ghaziabad (Connection no. 20294) since last 10 days. The phones of the agency are mostly engaged. In case connected are not being attendended by anybody. When we called the owner on his mobile, he says you are not taking at the correct time but the fact is that we are trying calling at least 10-20 times a day at different time. We are now fed up with this? What to do?

I support this complaint. It is same case with me as well. The phone no is most of the times busy and when it rings, no one picks it up. We have to purchase the gas in black market now..
