I booked a flat in Greater Noida with builder Gaur through a broker NETAMBIT HOMEWISE. They offered me discount Rs. 78000 through credit note. Its been more than 1 years, when I have already paid 40% of the amount to builder, I did not get any amount. And when I asked, they are not replying my mail & after visiting several time they told me Mr. Ankur take care of this and he never meet & note pick my phone.
