i am bsnl prepaid user mobile no ********85.currently my call charges perminute on bsnl and other network are rs 1.20/minute appx are deducted. before 21 sep14,the call charges were 72 paise appx per minute on bsnl network and on other network 90 paise appx per minute.so i send sms to 53733 for plan migration to PerSec plan. i received msg i.e charge deducted rs. 32.04 from your account but till now charges rs 32.04 are not deducted and plan migration to persecond still pending.
a request for persecond plan migration may please be hastened .dhanyavad
