I have hindware geyser ondeo swh 25 L which went bad and hence I have registered a complaint with them on 12-sep-2017. Till date there is no proper response as well as the head Mr. Dinesh whose mobile number is 8553726901 disconnects my call whenever I have tried to reach him. He has falsely promised several times that the technician will be on time but all his statements were false. My complaint number is whr0140282. I don't know how such big company employs such people and don't even bother to provide service within warranty period.

Dear Sir,

This is in regards to Benelave Basin mixture purchased on 7-2-2016 which has created severe problems for us since the day of it's purchase from last 2 years which has 7 years of warranty on the product.

Latest complaint number owing to this part is : MJ 1016142

We would like to bring in your kind notice that there has been pretty poor service efforts from your customer care team on phone so far related to fixation of this Basin mixture .

We have made a call on 4th Dec and then mid December and then on 28th Dec almost three times from last 1 month and still the service hasn't been performed .

Every time when we call the customer care we get to know that some part is missing and needs to be procured and this is happening from last 1 month .

Our serious and legitimate question is when part was not working then why the same has not been replaced and procured in time since last 1 month .

Yesterday we spoke to supervisor Sanjay from customer care team but he too wasn't clear when the part shall be replaced , neither on phone call several customer care team members are able to appreciate the problems we are facing .

Now we are facing serious challenges in using the mixture as the same is being used for our daily utility services in the house .

This kind of lackadaisical behavior is not at all acceptable by HSIL Ltd and is leading to poor customer satisfaction curve .

Request to kindly take this up on high priority to arrange the part on war footing as because of the same we are unable to utilize the mixture leading to severe issues /

Looking forward to urgent response and action.

I, Anil Dixit, director in R.P. Residency Private limited, Agra has sent a mail regarding non-supplying of material on 4th October, 2017, I have not received any call or mail regarding my complain from your company. I am in a very awkward position that I have used products of “Hindware” in my 39 bathrooms of my hotel. Some work is left, I cannot use material of any other company as I have to use material of “Hindware”. Material of two different companies cannot be used in a bathroom. Please tell me what to do. Staff of your company is saying that material will be provided after deepawali. I cannot wait till deepawali as my hotel project has already got delayed. There will be loss of revenue if I wait for deepawali for material.I am going to take legal action against your company for such an irresponsible behavior. If I use material or product of any other company then there will a loss of almost Rs. 4 lacs, which I will not bear at any cost. Hence, I request you to please look into the matter and resolve my problem. Please call me on my belowmentioned number. As I have to start my hotel within a week because of some legal issues.
