Myself is Neeta Malik, PAN no. APDPM2229R. I had applied for Rs. 10000/- investment for CPC ETF through Anand Rathi Stock Brokers. On 22.03.2014 at 06.09 p.m. I received a call from KARVY stating that my application was rejected due to non fulfillment of KYC. I want to bring to your notice that I had letter from CDSL Vevtures Limited on 21.01.2012 confirming KYC verified & modified on 29.11.2011 for my account. I had a investment in many mutual funds and till today I am receiving their Consolidated Account Statements showing KYC status as O.K. If so how can my application for CPC ETF can be rejected for non KYC fulfillment ?
