This is very sad to know that the amul parlour do not cater properly to it\'s consumers. The shop-keeper in the amul store keeps the expired products. When I complained about the bad taste of the buttermilk which he provided me, he did not heed me. When I gave him the packet of buttermilk back and asked for refund, he is not refunding the money and is answering back in the bad behavior. When I warned him that i will complain the head-office, he arrogantly told me to do whatever I wish to do. He told that he don\'t care whether I complain to the head-office.

AMUL has a very good reputation, I am a regular consumer of AMUL products. so I ll request you to take necessary action and look into it that no such act happens again in the future which brings down your reputation.
