Service - Misbehave in Kalka Shatabdi

This is a complaint regarding the Misbehave of the Ticket Checking during the travel of my mother in India Railways Kalka Shatabdi dated 23rd Feb,2011.

Being a senior citizen the these people do not have the sense to talk to the customers. The passenger was not carrying the ID card with her but she assured the Ticket Checking staff that they can see the card once the train reach Kalka. The officer on duty refused the same and started asking for the bribe or else he threaten to cancel the ticket.

If we receive this kind of service from the Indian Railways no one would like to travel as these people offering service are the people threatening the customers. I think strict action should be taken for these kind of people as they ask for the bribe with their open mouths in the open forums.

I would like to also share that my complaint will have no effect as our Government is blind and give a damn to the citizens but this is to inform all the people that this is time to revolt against all these kinds of activities to make our life better.

Pathetic catering service! I travel frequently from Delhi to Kurkshetra and from last three months they have stop serving breakfast to passengers travelling from Kurkshetra, even stopped serving soup in the evening train. I have been writing the feedback forms also, but they havnt been noticed.
If they have increased the charges, they should be capable enough to provide a good service.
