Hi,

Naveen here, i have faced very rude and horrible experience at Medplus pharmacy,

Person at billiing counter was behaving very rudely and the experience was not tolerable beiing a regular customer and I have decided not to visit again . I suggest others to try to avoid as much as they can unless want to experience such service

Regarding the same I have talked to customercare person by using the number provided at the website. Customer care person was also not responding properly andnot ready to take an action on the same

Is it the way the servicing people behave with their customer?

Dear Team,

Please consider this as a serious escalation against Medplus Pharmacy Outlet here in Bablatala, Rajarhat, Kolkata, India. All the store representatives are rude, abusive, illiterate and arrogant. They are not focused while performing a transaction and often delivers wrong medicines with wrong power. In multiple occasions, I had to visit multiple times this store a purchasing a single medicine. This is not at all expected. Requesting your sincere attention on this. This outlet either should be closed as soon as possible or all existing sales representatives should be replaced as soon as possible.

Worst service and experience ever had . customers are made to wait in long que(especially senior citizens)
Instead of having two billing counters only
One is used, staff behaves very rudely with
Customers and l don't think medplus will resolve
This problem because they don't need customers.

SIR,
BANGALORE GANGANAGAR BRANCH HAS A LADY CALLED PUSHPA IS BEHAVING RUDELY WITH CUSTOMERS. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND ALMOST Rs60000 WORT MEDICINE I AM PURCHASING EVERY YEAR FROM 8 YEARS . I NEVER SEEN A GIRL LIKE PUSHPA .BEFORE YOU TELL THE NAME OF THE MEDICINE SHE TELLS "NOT AVAILABLE" EVEN SHE STANDS WITHOUT ANY WORK OR ANY CUSTOMER. 3 TIMES THE SAME THING HAPPENED AND ONE TIME SHE BEHAVED LIKE GOONDA AND SHE SAID SHE DOES NOT THE CUSTOMERS AND YOU ARE NOT ONLY THE CUSTOMER . I HAVE DECIDED TO DISCONTINUE THE PURCHASE TILL THEY TAKE PROPER ACTION.

yes I totally agree. Medplus staff members are very rude always. I believe Medplus never employ Pharmacist as staffs rather 10th and 12th pass/failed persons as staffs. I will be complaining these inappropriate and illegal staffing to the right Dept for further.
