Medplus Pharmacy - for d mistake of medplus employee we r suffering ..want money to be refunded

we bought some medicines on 6.8.2017 for rs.4792.50/- to get them for emergency storage to d country wher v r staying n out of the items which v wanted four medicines were out of stock on that day and we told employee that we will get it wen the stock comes n came back
and on 12.8.2017 wen my father in law went to medplus,d employee there told my f I l that ur son has ordered some medicines n he has given them by billing Rs.6000/-.
he has given al d same medicines which v had not ordered n which v already bought on 6.8.2017 .
so v have so much medicines at home neither v can use not store them long as they ll be havING expiry dates
so wen v asked the employee to take it back refunding our money..he s deliberately refusing to do that.
Kindly help us regarding
