Max New York Life - MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE have not taken any action against his employee

I have taken a policy No.********6 fo Max Newyork Life Insurance Co. throgh Mr. Lokesh Madan address house no.18/204New Char Chaman, Kunjpura Road Karnal, Haryana. Mr. lokesh Madan Taken Rs.11500/- from me to depost the premium but he has not deposited the amount. When I asked to Max Newyork Life Insurance co. office at Karnal As informed by Max Newyork Life Insurance Co. that Mr. Lokesh Madan have been left the co. I have written a complaint letter to Max Newyork Life Insurance co.On 10.04.2009 for taking legal action against Mr.Lokesh Madan and recover the amount from him, but till today Max Newyork Life Insurance co. have not taken any legal action Against Mr. Lokesh Madan.
Therefore you are requestwd kindly look into the matter and take needful action.
