Max New York Life - i am not satisfied with the product

i have purchased the policy from max new york life insurance co,but at the time of purchasing the policy it has not been told to me regarding the charges but when i have received the policy document it was written on that the first year charges is 100 %. the i have gone to branch office and given written complaints of the same but when i do call on customercare and ask about the status of my policy they say me that they havent received any application regarding the same.also i have gone through the site of max but their is no space for compalints.
