Dear Sir,
I am customer of airtel dth tv from long time. As per TRAI Rule i have been told that my connection will disconnect from 31st January 2019. I have been told to chose new pack, in continuation i chose my new pack online in January 2019 itself. I have been told that new pack will apply from 1st Feb 2019.
But still connection is not started and old connection is also disconnected. I called to customer care support or toll free number of airtel dth tv so many times. But every time I have been told that connection will start very soon within 24 hours. But now 4 days has gone but problem is still there.
No one is there to hear my complaint. Toll free number is just for formality. No one takes issued seriously.
Please look into the matter or I will go in consumer court.
