Dear Sir,

I am a teacher and resident of Barmer (Rajasthan) my mobile no. is ********02. I have got an SMS from your company (AR-650034) on dated 17 Aug 2013 at 11:38 am in that SMS it is mentioned that If I recharge my mobile no. for 97 Rs. than I would get amount of 97 Rs. and call rate of 40 paisa/ minute for 60 days. When I recharge under this scheme on dated 20 Aug 2013 at 8:49 (Trans ID : ********9) than after few days on 27 Aug 2013 I have lost all my balance and validity of that offer.

I have contact to airtel customer care but they couldn't give me satisfied answer I also contact to retailer & airtel officer in Barmer area about that. they are telling me that offer is valid only for 7 days but Sir, it is not mentioned anywhere in that SMS (you can check that).

Sir, I am completely mentally disturb with this unreal condition happened to me by airtel company. Sir, As you know my mobile no. which is ********02 is originally BSNL but I was impressed by your network availability and interesting Offers given by your side. So I changed my network and choose option of portability. but after this harrasement I am shocked.

Please look into the matter seriously and do the needful. Waiting for your reply.
