This is in regards to my Apple iPhone 6S 16 GB (Silver grey) with IMEI # 355********8954.
On 20 Aug, 2017 My IPhone's battery was low so I charged it for 15-20 minutes but when I removed the IPhone from charging, it was not powering ON. So, I visited IPhone Service center to get it repaired and they asked me to deposit the mobile for 2 days. I left my phone at the service center for repair ( Job code -GHA210********0) and after 3 days received a call from service center to collect the mobile as they won't be able to repair it due to some Hardware issue.
Solution provided by Service Center - To Exchange the mobile in 25000/-
I am really disappointed with solution provided by Service center.
If there is any issue(Hardware + Software ) that should be resolved by Authorized service center only instead of giving offer to exchange.
Why should customer suffers every time ?
Cost of purchase =Rs.49000/-
Exchange offer = Rs.25000/-
And Why should I pay 25k if problem is in Hardware.....It's the manufacturer's fault.
Sir/Madam, I have already spent INR 49,000.00 to buy this phone and now again paying this amount without any fault of mine is a big thing for me.
Expecting a satisfactory resolution.
